WASHINGTON (AP) — The government has cleared the top U.S. watchdog of Iraq reconstruction projects and his deputy of fraud and abuse allegations lodged by former employees, officials said Wednesday.

On July 3, federal prosecutors alerted the office of Special Inspector General for Iraq Reconstruction Stuart Bowen that a grand jury declined to indict him or deputy Ginger Cruz.

The tooth had three big ugly roots on it, and stank like it had been buried up a dead dog for several years. About thirty minutes later, the whole side of my face felt as if I'd received the dental shot; and now eighteen hours later, it still feels as if it was injected with pain killer. There's been no discomfort at all... (so far!) I was so glad to get that bothersome piece of ivory out of my mouth, till I'd do it again if need be. Besides that, it's much cheaper than the local tooth-jerker in town. The trick is to NOT Pull straight out with the tooth; but rather work it gently but forcefully side to side, and let it crackle and pop until it's broken aloose from the bone tissue quite well, and then give a sort of side to side gentle yet strong tug until it's no longer attached. Not really that painful; especially when compared with it remaining in there! Afterward, I dropped the tooth in a bowl and covered it with sorghum molasses, and told the old coot to 'Hurt now, you painful *%&#@, just lay there and hurt all you want.'
